Microsoft Expression. Creature house in Japan created this 2D vector based graphics program. Microsoft bought it and is making it available for free. Commercial for drawing tablets. If you are going to do art and graphics on a computer, you should be using a drawing tablet. A mouse only gives the point coordinates of its position to a computer. The drawing tablet also gives a number related to the drawing pressure, so, for example the thickness of a line can be varied as you draw. |
