Multicultural Programs

Respect for diversity is part of Paideia’s Framework of Values. The best education recognizes and reflects each child’s ethnic and cultural heritage in an atmosphere of tolerance and respect. The school has two diversity/multicultural coordinators that work with students and staff in elementary and junior high and high school to foster understanding and appreciation of the different cultural backgrounds of all  of  our students.  Each diversity/multicultural coordinator also chairs a diversity committee made up of faculty and staff and works with student and parent groups on school events.
