Elementary Aftercare

Elementary Aftercare provides a unique and interesting afternoon for our children at the end of the school day. In this comforting setting, children spend time playing with friends, doing special projects and completing homework. Our aim is to create a “home-away-from-home” atmosphere.

A typical day in Aftercare features many activities designed to appeal to a wide range of interests. For example, one might find children outside building a fort or a group of kids involved in an art project. Younger children might be engaged in imaginary play and dress up, while older children often enjoy the privilege of visiting the computer lab or library. There are multitudes of indoor games and activities and, for those who wish to get a head start on homework, a quiet place for study. There is also time for children to hang out and chat with friends, catching each other up on the day's events. A healthy snack is served daily. Most activities are inspired by the children according to age and interest, while the teachers work to create a relaxed but engaging experience to complete a full day at school. The choices are many and the possibilities great.

Aftercare is open every school day from 2:50 - 6:00 p.m.
